Our accommodation is rented exclusively furnished for temporary living space use. It is not a tourist or short-term accommodation. The rental is aimed exclusively at project employees, fitters, commuters, companies and people with long-term stays — from a minimum rental period of one month. This means that use remains within the limits of permitted residential use in accordance with Section 63 of the Lower Saxony Building Code (NBauO) and does not represent a change of use to a holiday home or accommodation facility subject to approval. A large part of the accommodation offered does not come from our own inventory, but is arranged on behalf of owners.
We see ourselves as an intermediary and coordinator who makes furnished living space available for temporary stays — not a tourist provider. We comply with the applicable legal framework of the city of Wilhelmshaven and the state regulations.
Short stays for tourist purposes are expressly not part of our offer.
